Maynard Railroad Station 1902
The Boston & Maine RR station stood at the intersection of Railroad and Main Streets. This photo was taken facing north-east. The tracks on the left side are on what is now Railroad Street. Main Street is in the right distance. The station was taken down in 1960.
The Quality Cleaners building now occupies part of the old station site. Before that it was a gas station. The brick Assabet Mill "Paymaster's House" building is in both photos, on the right. It is part of the Clock Tower Place development.
